Position Objective

Lead and manage the after sales business & service operations for assigned overseas regions/markets. Drive dealer network development service capability improvement customer satisfaction parts & service revenue warranty & quality control and regional after sales strategy execution to ensure OEM brand reputation market competitiveness and sustainable business growth.

Key Objectives:

1. Develop and implement regional after sales strategy & business plan in line with OEM global/headquarter targets.

2. Manage and develop overseas dealer service network: appointment audit training performance evaluation and improvement.

3. Lead regional service capability building: technician & service advisor training service process standardization tool & equipment promotion.

4. Manage regional warranty policy claim audit quality feedback and field issues tracking & closure.

5. Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSI/NPS) and handle critical customer/escalated complaints.

6. Manage service campaigns recall/field action technical support and service operation compliance in the region.

7. Collect market & competitor after sales information; provide feedback to HQ for product & service improvement.

8. Lead cross-functional coordination (product logistics quality finance) to ensure regional after sales operation efficiency.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or above; Automotive Engineering Mechanical Business Management or related.

2. 5 years of after sales working experience in automotive OEM preferably with overseas market / export / international after sales experience.

3. Deep understanding of automotive after sales: dealer service management warranty technical support parts supply service training & CSI.

4. Proven experience in overseas region management dealer development and performance improvement.

5. Strong business acumen KPI driven project management and problem-solving skills.

6. Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

7. Willing to take long-term overseas assignments or frequent overseas business travel and adapt to cross-cultural working environment.

8. Good communication negotiation presentation and cross-team collaboration skills.

9. Familiar with MS Office; experience in automotive DMS/after sales systems is preferred.
