About the Role:
Organize and assist assigned shift in order to carry out production plans within the agreed time schedule, defined quality standards & budgetary controls. Control and motivate staff to operate efficiently within defined safety and quality standards.
Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- To hold a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
- Working knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000.
- 3–5-year experience in supervisory position in poultry or food environment.
- Previous experience in ISO standard.
- Work experience in poultry plant
- Exposure to hygiene standards.
- Flexible nature.
- Strong compliance with rules and regulations.
- Team player.
- Cooperative.
