Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Project Manager (Supervision) to join our engineering consultancy team in Khobar Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the supervision of construction projects ensuring that project activities are executed in accordance with approved designs specifications quality standards safety requirements and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in housing projects a solid background in engineering consultancy and construction supervision and proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate effectively with clients contractors consultants and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall construction supervision activities for assigned projects.
  
• Ensure that project works are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications contracts and applicable codes and standards.
  
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary supervision teams including civil architectural MEP and other technical disciplines.
  
• Monitor project progress milestones schedules and overall performance to ensure timely project completion.
  
• Review and monitor contractor work methods construction activities and technical submissions.
  
• Ensure that construction works meet the required quality standards and project specifications.
  
• Coordinate with the client contractor consultant teams and other stakeholders to resolve technical and project-related issues.
  
• Review and follow up on RFIs shop drawings material submittals method statements inspection requests and other technical documents.
  
• Monitor contractor compliance with approved project plans specifications quality requirements and HSE procedures.
  
• Identify potential project risks delays and technical issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
  
• Conduct and lead regular progress and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
  
• Review project progress reports and provide management with regular updates on project status and key issues.
  
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project disciplines and stakeholders.
  
• Support the resolution of contractual technical and construction-related issues.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the supervision team.
  
• Perform other project management and supervision duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
  
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in construction/project supervision.
  
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia.
  
• At least 2 years of experience working with an Engineering Consultancy.
  
• Proven experience in housing/residential projects is required.
  
• Strong experience in construction supervision and project management.
  
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and supervision teams.
  
• Strong knowledge of construction practices project specifications quality requirements and applicable standards.
  
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with clients contractors and project stakeholders.
  
• Good English communication and technical writing skills.
  
• Strong leadership problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  
• Professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.
  
• Must be available to join immediately.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing housing or residential development projects in Saudi Arabia.
  
• Strong background in an engineering consultancy environment.
  
• Experience working on large-scale or complex construction projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction practices and regulatory requirements.
  
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is an advantage.
  

Required Skills:
