Projects Development and Operations Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related major.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, development, and operations.
• Experience in project management from the opportunity study and tendering phase through to execution and delivery.
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, cost estimation, and BOQ/BOM.
• Experience in team management and coordination with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and monitor schedules, costs, and quality.
• Strong skills in business development, client relationship building, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and presenting performance indicators to senior management.
• Proficiency in English; PMP certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing new opportunities and projects and attracting clients.
• Managing and monitoring project execution and ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality standards.
• Leading project teams, allocating resources, and monitoring performance.
• Overseeing tenders, pricing, and technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitoring operations, delivery, and project closure.
• Preparing periodic reports on project progress and financial and operational performance.
