Job description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s supply chain operations. The role will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, demand planning, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective flow of products. The Supply Chain Manager will also monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Skills

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain, inventory, warehousing, procurement, logistics, and distribution operations. The role will be responsible for:

• Monitoring inventory turnover, maintaining balanced stock levels, and preventing excess or slow-moving inventory.

• Planning product replenishment and coordinating with the Procurement Manager to ensure products meet required specifications and Saudi regulations.

• Coordinating shipments from ports and airports to warehouses and managing transportation and customs clearance providers to achieve efficient service and competitive costs.

• Ensuring compliance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) requirements for products and warehouses.

• Supervising warehouse operations, physical storage, inventory accuracy, team workload distribution, and compliance with required standards and regulations.

• Developing, implementing, and updating warehouse policies, procedures, and operating processes.

• Monitoring product distribution and ensuring timely delivery to customers based on sales requirements.

• Preparing monthly inventory reports, including stock movement, slow-moving items, and products approaching expiry, and providing recommendations to management to optimize inventory levels.

• Supporting the Sales team with inventory information and actions to reduce excess and near-expiry stock.

• Resolving warehouse and supply chain issues and ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
