The Role of People Development Specialist
The People Development Specialist is responsible for designing and conducting training and development programs. This role focuses on improving individual and organizational performance, ensuring that all programs align with the company's objectives. This is a Full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of internal and external training programs.
- Oversee general training administration, including Training Need Analysis, Training Matrix, Training Catalogue, Training Record, and Training Evaluation.
- Ensure effective training program implementation and develop the Competency Matrix, Competency Building Plan, and Training Plan.
- Drive and coordinate the Leadership Development Program.
- Implement onboarding training for new hires, involving relevant subject matter experts within the factory.
- Support various activities related to people involvement and development.
Experience Required
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong understanding of people development and training methodologies.
