Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company s business objectives and future plans. Oversee the company s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, end-user devices, systems, and software . Lead and manage the IT team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and support employee development. Ensure business continuity and the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services. Oversee information security and cybersecurity to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data loss. Manage data backup systems and develop Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans . Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate IT systems, software, and technology solutions based on business requirements. Manage IT projects and ensure they are delivered within the approved budget and agreed timelines . Manage IT vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations and service-level monitoring. Prepare and manage the IT department budget and monitor IT-related expenses and costs. Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure systems, applications, and IT equipment are regularly updated and maintained. Oversee technical support and ensure timely resolution of IT issues and incidents. Collaborate with different departments to understand their technology requirements and provide appropriate IT solutions. Prepare regular reports for senior management covering IT performance, projects, risks, and costs. Ensure compliance with applicable data protection, information security, and IT

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems , or a related field. A Master s degree or relevant professional certifications is an advantage. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or CCNA/CCNP are preferred depending on the company s requirements. Experience Minimum 7 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with proven experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, and applications . Experience in cybersecurity, information security, data protection, and risk management . Proven experience in IT project management , budgeting, and vendor management. Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies, policies, procedures, and standards . Experience in digital transformation and technology implementation is preferred.
