Job description

As a Maintenance and Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring routine and emergency maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities. You will handle the reception of maintenance requests and ensure their completion with a focus on quality assurance. Coordination with maintenance technicians, contractors, and external service providers is essential to ensure effective service delivery.

Your role includes managing maintenance contracts and verifying the execution of tasks as per the agreed terms. You will prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, ensuring the readiness of equipment and facilities, and addressing any maintenance needs promptly.

Additionally, you will track spare parts and procurement requests related to maintenance, ensuring that all essential requirements are met. Coordination with departments regarding operational and maintenance needs will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Organizing and monitoring transportation and communication operations between warehouses and facilities will be necessary based on demand. You will oversee the daily operations of logistics and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Furthermore, you will prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities and requests, providing recommendations to management regarding recurring issues or necessary interventions.

Maintaining adherence to safety procedures and protocols is critical, and you will execute any additional tasks assigned by management related to the position.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field such as engineering, facilities management, logistics, or operations management.

Relevant work experience in maintenance, logistics, and operations, preferably in the food service or retail sector.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks until completion.
