Job Description

Lead end-to-end project engineering for complex programs, ensuring technical delivery, schedule adherence, risk management, and cross-functional alignment from planning through commissioning.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on-time and within budget
• Own technical scope and engineering deliverables
• Reduce project risks through proactive mitigation
• Coordinate stakeholders to unblock engineering execution
• Ensure quality via reviews, testing, and commissioning

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years engineering project leadership experience
• Proven delivery of complex projects (design to commissioning)
• Strong understanding of engineering standards and processes
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Project engineering and systems integration
• Requirements, design review, and technical documentation
• Risk management and mitigation planning
• Testing, commissioning, and quality assurance
• Tools: MS Project, Jira, AutoCAD/Revit (as applicable)
• Cross-functional leadership and communication
• Stakeholder management and negotiation
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Ownership and accountability
• Risk-aware planning and execution
