We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team!

The ideal Restaurant Manager will possess strong leadership skills and experience, capable of managing daily operations of the restaurant while achieving the highest levels of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the restaurant efficiently and professionally on a daily basis.
• Supervise the team and delegate tasks while monitoring performance.
• Train staff and develop their skills while motivating them.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages and adherence to established standards.
• Monitor customer service levels and handle feedback and complaints professionally.
• Manage inventory and orders, reducing waste and costs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health standards.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules and attendance.
• Track sales and expenses, providing reports to management.
• Work on improving customer experience and increasing sales.
• Address operational issues and take appropriate actions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
