Job description
Lead and elevate the organization’s engagement with the Board of Directors and all standing and ad hoc committees by orchestrating governance calendars, high‑quality submissions, and decision readiness. Ensure that Board and committee activities are strategically aligned, timely, compliant with governance requirements, and supported by robust analytics and stakeholder coordination. Drive continuous improvement in governance processes, information quality, and stakeholder experience across executive leadership and committee members.
