Job description

The role holder runs delivery of the Investment initiative portfolio within the Investment PMO, converting the approved roadmap into tracked, governed delivery. Reporting to the Group Chief Investment Officer, the role covers portfolio planning and sequencing, stage-gate administration, control of milestones, dependencies and risks, benefits tracking, and portfolio budget and resource tracking. The role applies the project management standards and the investment lifecycle and approval framework set by the GCIO Office, receives the approved roadmap and allocation position from it, and releases delivery baselines and stage-gate outcomes to Capital Partnerships, Investment Analysis, Asset Management and Land Sales. The role holder is accountable for on-time delivery of the portfolio, the integrity of the risk and benefits record, and the quality of portfolio reporting.
