Job Summary
The Event Executive is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring operational excellence in event planning and . This role is critical to the success of our organizations event management services.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the entire event lifecycle from initial contact to postevent followup with the objective of exceeding expectations and fostering longterm partnerships.
- Meticulously prepare and distribute essential documentation including function bookings group resumes contracts and event orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency to guarantee operational success and minimize potential risks.
- Strategically optimize function space utilization to maximize both guest experience and departmental financial performance employing advanced space management techniques and industry best practices.
