Job description
The role holder leads investment analysis for the region assigned, heading the team that assesses opportunities and monitors the investments made. Reporting to the Head of Investment Analysis, the role covers the regional pipeline under appraisal, financial modelling and feasibility, investment recommendations and the risk assessment that accompanies them, post-investment monitoring against business case, and the market view. The role applies the modelling, appraisal and risk standards owned by the Head of Investment Analysis, operates within the lifecycle and allocation position administered by the GCIO Office, receives opportunities from Capital Partnerships, Land Sales and Development, and releases appraised positions to the approvals forum and the originating teams. The role holder is accountable for project IRR achievement, approval success, appraisal cycle time and the integrity of every recommendation the region issues.
