You will be responsible of managing measurement, valuation, and cost control of roadworks. In addition to reviewing contractor submissions, supporting contract administration, and assisting in evaluating variations
Requirements
Certified Quantity Surveyor4-7 years of experience Roads Network experience
Responsibilities:
Manage measurement, valuation, and cost control Review contractor claims and variations Support contract administration
Key Competencies:
Technical: BOQs, cost control, contracts Behavioral: Analytical thinking, negotiation
