Requirements
Certified Quantity Surveyor4-7 years of experience General Pipe Networks Experience
Responsibilities:
Manage measurement, valuation, and cost control Review contractor claims and variations Support contract administration
Key Competencies:
Technical: BOQs, cost control, contracts Behavioral: Analytical thinking, negotiation
