Role Description The Procurement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Kharj Industrial City. The role involves managing the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, evaluating offers, and issuing purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services. The Procurement Officer will negotiate contracts and pricing, monitor supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery to support uninterrupted production operations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate procurement records, analyzing inventory and consumption data, coordinating with production, finance, and warehouse teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The role also requires continuous market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and more efficient sourcing options. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement and Purchasing to manage sourcing, supplier selection, and materials acquisition effectively. Candidates should possess experience with Purchase Orders and Contract Negotiation to handle documentation, terms, pricing, and supplier agreements. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor costs, forecast material needs, and support decision-making. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or a similar industrial environment is preferred. Proficiency in ERP or procurement management systems and strong MS Excel skills. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to ethical standards. Ability to work on-site in Al Kharj Industrial City and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Must be a Saudi.
