Role Overview
The Housekeeping Coordinator - Saudi National is responsible for ensuring the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This role involves a range of housekeeping functions aimed at creating a memorable guest experience. The position is full-time and requires 0-1 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Stocking carts with necessary supplies.
- Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces to established standards.
- Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
- Ensuring the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton are consistently delivered.
- Learning and exemplifying the Gold Standards, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to ensure a safe workplace.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining confidentiality of guest and company information.
- Upholding quality standards in all tasks.
- Presenting a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
