Manage the hotel's credit operations and ensure its financial stability and maintain positive relationships with our valued clientele.

Main tasks:

• Analyze credit applications and assess the creditworthiness of client companies.
• Manage customer accounts and oversee debt collection
• Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to define credit limits and conditions for clients
• Monitor and analyze the performance of the credit portfolio, identify trends and potential risks, and report on them.
• Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes with delinquent customers
• Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations
• Prepare financial reports and regular presentations for management
• Implement and maintain credit management software systems
• To train and mentor the heartists under his control
• Keeping informed about industry trends and best practices in credit management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or equivalent field
• Proven experience in hotel accounting, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and hotel accounting software
• Excellent mastery of Excel and financial reporting tools
• Ability to manage monthly closings and financial statements with rigor and accuracy
• Strong skills in financial analysis
• Ability to supervise and mentor a team
• A strong sense of organization, confidentiality, and respect for deadlines
• Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic hotel environment
• Mastery of French and professional English
• Initiative, leadership and results-oriented
