Ensure the technical and economic monitoring of geological exploration, mining, and resource processing activities. Centralize, analyze, and consolidate activity reports from the various units, including key performance indicators (KPIs), extracted volumes, and yields. Conduct technical feasibility studies, geological and mining assessments, and modeling. Develop technical analyses and recommendations to guide the strategic decisions of the General Management. Identify geotechnical, operational, and logistical constraints encountered on the sites. Propose and monitor the implementation of appropriate corrective action plans. Conduct regular on-site technical audits to verify compliance with operating standards, safety rules, and production targets. Prepare periodic technical reports and ensure reliable reporting to General Management. Participate in the continuous improvement of operating methods and the optimization of unit performance. Undertake business trips to the various units of the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

State Engineering degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Mining Operations, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the mining or geological sector, or in a similar position. Strong skills in project management, operational monitoring, analysis of technical KPIs, and reporting. Proficient in feasibility studies, geological and mining analyses, and operational performance evaluation. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and technical report writing skills. Proficient in using computer tools and technical software related to the field. Rigorous, autonomous, organized, and proactive. Ability to work in coordination with multiple teams and operational units. Willingness to travel to company units for work purposes.
