- Ensure the technical monitoring and proper functioning of production equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and propose sustainable technical solutions.
- Participate in the adjustment, maintenance and optimization of machines (openers, hat carders, cotton wick drawing and forming systems).
- To contribute to improving productivity and reducing production downtime.
- Collaborate with the current technical manager to gradually acquire mastery of the equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in the organization and continuous improvement of industrial maintenance.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or higher technician diploma in industrial mechanics, industrial maintenance, electromechanics or equivalent field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of mechanics, maintenance and diagnostics of industrial equipment.
- Experience with textile machines (carding machines, opening machines, spinning equipment) is a significant asset.
- Analytical skills, autonomy, rigor and sense of responsibility.
- Motivation to learn and master specific industrial equipment.
