• Take charge of the complete engineering of fluid packages (HVAC, plumbing, hydraulic and pneumatic networks).
• Produce calculation notes, schematic diagrams, synoptic diagrams and execution files.
• Provide technical liaison with architects, structural engineers and electricians.
• Supervise construction sites, validate equipment (technical specifications, supplier compliance) and resolve technical constraints.
• Managing the testing phases, commissioning, resolution of reservations and final reporting.

• Perfect mastery of fluid sizing, best practices and building regulations.
• Technical calculation and drawing software. Proficiency in Revit MEP / BIM would be an asset.
• Rigour, autonomy, responsiveness and excellent overall vision.
