• Monitor the progress of work on site and check its compliance with plans, specifications and standards.
• Plan and track project deadlines, resources and tasks.
• Coordinate the stakeholders: companies, subcontractors, design offices and control bodies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly follow-up reports.
• Check the meters, attachments and work situations.
• Identify, report and follow up on the resolution of non-conformities and reservations.

• Mastery of planning, measurements and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Word, Excel and planning software (MS Project, Primavera) is appreciated.
• Knowledge of building standards and regulations.
