• To ensure the technical monitoring, adjustments and proper functioning of the cotton swab production lines.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automated equipment.
• Diagnose faults, identify their causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Participate in reducing machine downtime, improving production rates and production quality.
• Collaborating with experienced technicians to gradually acquire mastery of equipment and processes.
• Document interventions and contribute to the implementation of maintenance and adjustment procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Engineering degree or higher technician diploma in electromechanics, mechatronics, automation or industrial maintenance, or equivalent training.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the maintenance of automated industrial machines.
• Good knowledge of mechanics, industrial electricity, pneumatics, sensors and fault diagnosis.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and to intervene methodically on production equipment.
• Experience on packaging lines or high-speed machines is an asset.
• Autonomy, rigor, analytical mind, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
