Your responsibilities:

1. Flow planning in conjunction with the MEA Supply Chain management

• Plan the flow of goods between supply points and distributors
• Build and update the supply plan: allocations, priorities, shipping schedule, trade-offs in case of capacity constraints.
• Anticipate risks (shortages, delays, overstocks) and propose corrective actions.

2. Export organization and payment security

• Organize exports in connection with the opening of letters of credit and documentary submissions, between the Finance departments of distributors and those of supply points.
• establish the cross-order calendar, opening of LC, production, shipping, collection and follow up with stakeholders.
• Monitor documentary compliance and alert on discrepancies likely to delay shipments or payments.

3. Distributor stocks and local sales forecasts

• Coordinate the distributors' storage plans and define them with them (target levels, coverage, reorder points).
• Coordinate local sales forecasting with sales teams and the forecaster, as well as sell-ins with distributors.
• Analyze the discrepancies between forecasts and actual results; monitor accuracy and bias, and drive continuous improvement.

4. Consolidation of sales and shipment projections

• Consolidate sales and shipment projections (local and export) and produce monthly and annual projections, with scenarios.
• Share these projections with the General Management, Finance and MEA teams; document the assumptions and variances vs budget.

5. Governance, meetings and reporting

• Prepare and facilitate the S&OP cycle: demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP and executive S&OP.
• Organize regular exchanges (meetings, weekly points, reporting) with the SAF Djazair teams and the MEA teams.
• Follow up on action plans resulting from meetings and report on decisions.
• Produce and distribute performance dashboards (see indicators below).

6. Local production and industrial performance

• To ensure, with the technical management of the Algerian factory, the proper planning and execution of local production plans.
• Verify the feasibility of the plans (capacity, raw materials, packaging, maintenance) and arbitrate the priorities.
• Monitor the plant's performance (adherence to the plan, service rate, stock levels) and propose corrective measures.

7. Tools and Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the implementation and evolution of planning tools (ERP, APS) and ensure the reliability of reference data.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Education: Bac +5 (engineering school, business school or university) in supply chain, industrial management, logistics or equivalent.
• Experience: 6-10 years in supply chain in the industry, including at least 3 years in S&OP, planning or sales forecasting [adjust].
• Environment: desired experience in an international group, with inter-site and export flows (Incoterms, LC, documentary collections).
• Tools: Proficiency in an ERP (SAP, Oracle or equivalent), advanced Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of an APS or BI tool is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent French and English, spoken and written (Daily exchanges with MEA teams); Arabic is a plus.

CL SKILLS

• S&OP planning, master production planning and multi-echelon inventory management.
• Demand forecasting and gap analysis.
• Understanding of export payment mechanisms (LC, documentary collections) and the link with working capital requirements.
• Data analysis and construction of decision-making dashboards.
• Facilitating decision-making meetings and managing change.
