• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in human resources or equivalent field.
• Confirmed experience in a similar position preferred.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration.
