Position:
Service Engineer
Summary:
Key Requirements: Practical experience in commissioning, debugging, and troubleshooting microwave and wireless equipment. Willingness and ability to travel to different regions/project sites as required. Working proficiency in English for technical communication and documentation. Solid Excel skills for data tracking, reporting, and service documentation. Relevant telecom/field service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform installation, commissioning, debugging, and maintenance of microwave and wireless equipment.
Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and support project delivery.
Prepare service reports and maintain Excel-based records.
Coordinate with project teams and customers across different regions.
Willingness and ability to travel to different regions/project sites as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field
5 years of experience in the IT & Telecom sector
Practical experience in commissioning, debugging, and troubleshooting microwave and wireless equipment.
