• Design and dimension structures (foundations, walls, columns, floors) according to RPA, BAEL and Eurocodes; establish plans and calculation notes.
• Plan and coordinate projects with architects, design offices, inspection offices and companies; monitor budgets, measurements and deadlines.
• Supervise the execution of construction sites, control the quality of materials and implementation, and ensure safety.
• Prepare for receptions and ensure regulatory compliance (building permits, technical inspections).
• Report regularly to management and archive technical files.

Comp tences techniques :

• Calculation of structures and regulation (RPA, BAEL, Eurocodes).
• Software: AutoCAD, Robot or ETABS, MS Project, Excel.
• Project management, metres and knowledge of Algerian construction regulations.

Personal qualities:

• Rigour, analytical skills, leadership and autonomy.
• Good communication and availability for site visits.
• Languages: Arabic and French required; technical English appreciated.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: State engineering diploma or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (structures, public works, building or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in design, structural engineering and construction project management, ideally in real estate development.
