Duties (tasks and responsibilities):

• To take into account any risk that may compromise the achievement of the objectives assigned to it and to implement appropriate actions in the face of risks and opportunities that have an impact on compliance with requirements and to evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken.
• Propose to the Quality Manager the methods and procedures for quality control of projects.
• Carries out in collaboration with the operational staff concerned the quality control of procedures, methods, as well as the quality control activities of the different state bodies.
• Ensure that the structures concerned comply with the standards and procedures relating to the implementation of the different state trades.
• Ensure quality control of work carried out during the different phases of project implementation, in accordance with client requirements.
• Ensure that the relevant structures prepare the operating procedures to monitor the execution of the various tasks in the implementation of the projects.
• To monitor the handling, by the relevant Managers, of any non-conformities before moving on to the execution of other tasks planned in the implementation programs.
• Prepare the inspection report according to the adopted template.
• To monitor product conformity certifications.
• Ensure, in accordance with the instructions of the Quality Manager, effective liaison with internal structures and external organizations concerned by the project activity.
• Provide an annual report on the activities of the quality structure.

Regarding QHSE:

• Respect and enforce the general safety instructions and rules in force within the Company and the Project.
• Ensure the application of the procedures and rules dictated within the framework of the Integrated Management System.
• Contributes to raising awareness among workers regarding occupational risk prevention and environmental issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) by:
• Reporting any observation of anomaly, malfunction or failure that may have a negative impact on the quality of services/products, the health and safety of workers, or on the environment.
• Proposing, if necessary, corrective/preventive actions and measures.
• Ensure the provision and wearing of appropriate collective and individual protective equipment (CPE and PPE).
• Raising awareness of the process approach and the risk-based approach.
• Capitalize on all feedback, decide on the need to review the planned arrangements and share the acquired or modified knowledge with colleagues.

• General training: Engineer in a field useful to the company's business.
• Professional training: Quality management training, Continuing education in technical areas of assignment, HSE.
• Professional experience: 05 years.
• Immediate availability.
