  • To supervise, organize and monitor the work of the order confirmation team.
  • Supervise order confirmation calls with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with call scripts and internal procedures.
  • To monitor the quality of telephone exchanges and the reliability of recorded information.
  • Monitor performance indicators: confirmation rate, cancellations and productivity.
  • Accompany and train new recruits in confirmation procedures.
  • Identify the difficulties encountered and propose corrective actions.
  • Provide daily activity reports to management.
  • Training in business, management or equivalent field.
  • Desired experience in team supervision, call center or order confirmation.
  • Good mastery of communication techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to supervise, motivate and evaluate a team.
  • My mastery of computer tools and tracking spreadsheets.
