• Supervise HSE practices and procedures at work sites.
• Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety instructions and the wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• To monitor the compliance of facilities and activities with HSE standards.
• Conduct regular security inspections and audits.
• Raising awareness and supporting teams on good HSE practices.
• Participate in investigations and analyses of accidents and incidents.
• Propose and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare HSE reports and monitor performance indicators.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Higher education in HSE, hygiene and safety or equivalent field.
• Professional experience in HSE supervision.
• Good mastery of HSE regulations and standards.
• Skills in risk assessment and accident prevention.
• Ability to supervise and raise awareness among teams.
• Rigour, leadership, responsiveness and sense of responsibility.
