Provide technical support for PS (Packet Switched) and Core network equipment.
Ensure continuous monitoring of PS network performance using tools such as ENIQ, smart care, U2020 and others to detect and resolve potential anomalies and failures.
Diagnose and resolve network incidents in accordance with established procedures.
Participate in the proactive monitoring of network performance.
Collaborating with operations teams for the maintenance and development of infrastructure.
Document the interventions, configurations and technical procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of network services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (Bac +5) in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.
Excellent understanding of PS and Core architectures and technologies.
Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
