Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents.
Participate in the preventive and evolutionary maintenance of the network infrastructure.
Document the configurations, procedures and solutions implemented.
Collaborating with engineering and operations teams for the continuous improvement of services.
To be proactive in proposing ways to optimize network performance and reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree (Bac +5) in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.
No professional experience required, but a strong motivation to learn.
Good knowledge of network architectures and telecommunication protocols.
