• Process booking requests by phone, email or in person at the agency.
• Make reservations for tickets, hotels and other tourist services.
• Check availability, rates and booking conditions.
• Confirm reservations and send documents to clients.
• Monitor files and manage any necessary changes.
• Inform clients about travel conditions and necessary formalities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Training in tourism, hospitality or equivalent field.
• Experience in tourist booking is preferred.
• Proficiency in booking tools, particularly Amadeus, is appreciated.
• Strong organizational skills, responsiveness and good interpersonal skills.
