Job description

• Role Overview
• The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that drive business performance.
• Working closely with business leaders and the regional HR team, this role provides both operational and strategic HR support to ensure alignment between people practices and business objectives.
• Key Responsibilities:
• HR Analytics & Reporting
• Collect and analyze HR data to generate reports on key metrics including turnover, engagement, and performance.
• Assist in developing dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure employee records are accurate and maintained in HR systems.
• Support compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Support the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives by advising managers on day-to-day people management matters.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations.
• Partner with senior HR stakeholders to execute key HR programs and initiatives.
• Organizational Development & Change
• Contribute to organizational development efforts, including updating competency frameworks, job descriptions, and supporting role evaluations.
• Assist in change management initiatives by coordinating communication plans, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Talent Management & Recruitment
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to support recruitment activities.
• Assist in performance management processes, including objective tracking and facilitating feedback discussions.
• Employee Engagement & Culture
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
• Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
