Description

Missions

Ensure the processing and monitoring of pharmacovigilance, technovigilance, and other vigilance cases in accordance with current regulations and procedures.

Receive, analyze, enter, and control the quality of cases in dedicated databases.

Guarantee compliance with regulatory deadlines for case transmission and reporting.

Participate in monitoring pharmacovigilance data sources and reconciliation activities.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the monitoring of PV/TV activity compliance.

Participate in the management of deviations, CAPAs, audits, and inspections.

Ensure the continuity of departmental activities and collaborate with local and global teams.

Profile

Degree in the field of health, life sciences, or medical sciences.

Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.

Good knowledge of PV/TV regulations and case management processes.

Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Mandatory proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work in a team and in a constantly evolving environment.

Rigor, adaptability, and a sense of confidentiality.
