Responsibilities:
- Draft and review employment contracts and corporate agreements.
- Provide legal advice to the company and its clients.
- Deal with Labor Offices and relevant government authorities and follow up on required procedures.
- Handle and follow up on labor and corporate-related cases and disputes.
- Prepare legal notices, memorandums, and official letters.
- Maintain legal files and ensure all legal deadlines are met.
- Keep up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Previous experience in Labor Law and Corporate Legal Affairs.
- Good experience in drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and legal research skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English is preferred.
