???? we're Hiring immediately: #Senior_Hr_Operation_Specialist
???? Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt (Office will be relocated to Mokattam after 3–4 months.
#Key_Responsibilities
- Manage all Personnel activities, including hiring documentation, employee files, contracts, social insurance, medical insurance, and employment lifecycle processes.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain attendance, leave balances, overtime, deductions, and payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law and internal HR policies.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, resignations, and final settlements.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll, salaries, and employee payments.
- Prepare HR reports related to payroll, attendance, and personnel operations.
- Support audits and ensure all employee documentation is complete and updated.
- Respond to employees' inquiries related to personnel and payroll matters.
#Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Personnel and Payroll is a must.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and payroll processes.
- Experience using HRMS or payroll systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Cairo residents only.
