Senior Process Engineer

Job Summary

ISS International SpA is looking for a Senior Process Engineer in New Cairo for Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas Upstream projects.

Mission: the resource shall act as a Senior Engineer within the Process discipline on projects both performing advanced design work and leading activities for assigned scopes. This includes managing resources coordinating process engineering activities reviewing deliverables and providing technical leadership.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation review and approval of process engineering deliverables (e.g. PFDs P&IDs Heat & Material Balances Process Datasheets Line Lists Cause & Effect diagrams).

• Perform and validate complex process simulations and engineering calculations.

• Ensure technical integrity and consistency of process design across all project phases.

• Participate in and lead engineering workshops and design reviews (e.g. HAZID HAZOP Model Reviews SIL support).

• Ensure compliance with company standards international codes and project specifications.

• Interface with other engineering disciplines to ensure alignment and consistency of design.

• Manage and review contractor and vendor deliverables related to process engineering.

• Support construction commissioning and operations teams in resolving process-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry

• Advanced proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g. Aspen HYSYS UniSim PipeSim).

• Advanced Process Simulation

• Process Safety (HAZOP HAZID SIL)

• Experience across full project lifecycle (concept FEED EPC commissioning startup).
