The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced German-speaking Operations Manager to lead and support operational teams in a fast-paced customer service environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance supporting team leaders and ensuring that service delivery quality and customer experience targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations and operational performance
- Drive achievement of KPIs SLAs and customer service targets
- Provide leadership coaching and performance management to operational teams
- Support Team Leaders in achieving individual and team objectives
- Monitor productivity quality attendance and overall performance
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
- Ensure adherence to company processes policies and quality standards
- Analyse operational reports and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience
- Promote a positive high-performance team culture
Key Requirements
- German proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Proven experience in Operations Management preferably within a BPO contact centre or customer service environment
- Strong leadership and people-management experience
- Demonstrated experience managing KPIs and operational targets
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Minimum Bachelors degree / Graduation preferred
