Duties:

• Continuously clean and sanitize the kitchen, food preparation, and production areas.
• Wash and clean utensils, tools, equipment, and kitchenware.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and workstations.
• Properly dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in waste collection areas.
• Assist the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area throughout the day.
• Adhere to hygiene and food safety instructions within the facility.
• Perform any additional cleaning or simple support tasks required by the kitchen team.

Requirements:

• Seriousness and commitment to work hours.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Ability to work in a kitchen and food production environment.
• Previous experience in restaurants, central kitchens, or food factories is preferred.
