Job Summary:

Motivated Export Logistics Officer skilled in handling orders from PO receipt to delivery. Strong in customer communication shipment follow-up ERP processing and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & OrderProcessing

• Receive and verify Purchase Orders (POs) from Sales then processSales Orders (SOs) and issue Proforma Invoices (PIs) obtaining promptcustomer confirmation on PIs to proceed.
• Serve as the main customer from deal closure through receivingmaterials at their warehouse maintaining clear communication logs andproviding step-by-step shipment updates.
• Ensure all customer documents are accurate and completecoordinating with internal teams (Sales Planning Production Warehouse QCFinance) to meet requirements efficiently.

Logistics & ERP SystemManagement

• Create Sales orders delivery orders & Shipments in the ERPsystem secure bookings and coordinate with freight forwarders to obtain thebest freight rates
• Review and register service provider invoices promptly ensuringalignment with agreed contract prices.
• Maintain accurate ERP entries and records of all sales orders andensure timely delivery of released items to the final warehouse.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
• 13 years of experience in Export Logistics.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of shipping logistics and documentation processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
