Agent Ocean Export

Job Summary

The Ocean Export Agent is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of ocean export freight while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves coordinating shipments preparing documentation monitoring cargo movement and collaborating with customers carriers and internal teams to support efficient global transportation solutions.

• Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from booking through final departure.
• Prepare and review shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Arrange bookings and routing with ocean carriers and service providers.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address exceptions or delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data.
• Communicate shipment updates and provide timely support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international trade regulations.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while meeting operational deadlines.

Qualifications :

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in freight forwarding logistics supply chain or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Fluency in English both written and verbal.
