• Oversee and execute maintenance operations for civil and architectural elements across Administrative and commercial properties.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve structural, architectural, and finishing issues.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks.

• Prepare detailed maintenance reports, documenting issues, actions taken, and recommendations for improvements.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards in all maintenance activities.

• Manage emergency repairs and respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests.

• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance projects and repairs.

• Recommend and implement upgrades or modifications to improve property performance and aesthetics.

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in civil or architectural maintenance engineering. preferable Hospitality Background

• Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving structural and architectural issues.

• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance planning.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Familiarity with safety standards and building codes.

• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to work onsite and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
