We are looking for ambitious, confident, and target-driven English speakers to join our growing team in Maadi, Cairo as U.S. Trucking Recruiters.

This is not a traditional HR position. It is a sales-focused recruiting role where you will communicate directly with professional CDL-A truck drivers in the United States, present available job opportunities, handle objections, follow up with candidates, and guide qualified drivers through the hiring process.

If you have experience in Telesales, Call Centers, Customer Acquisition, Real Estate Sales, Recruitment, or the U.S. market, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Very good to fluent English is required.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Previous sales/telesales experience is highly preferred.

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

• Strong follow-up and closing skills.

• Target-driven and motivated by results.

• Organized and able to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.

• U.S. market or trucking experience is a plus, but not required.

• Fresh candidates with exceptional English and strong sales ability may also be considered.
