Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Strategically manage resources, optimize workflows, and implement efficient operational processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and other project management best practices to enhance delivery efficiency.

You will leverage your expertise in Computer Science and Information Technology (IT), combined with robust Logistics knowledge, to navigate complex delivery landscapes. Proficiency in Project Management frameworks, Agile Methodologies, and Service Delivery principles is essential. Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Operations Management, and Process Improvement will be key to your success. Requirements

• Experience Trailblazer: A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in IT/Software Development, Engineering, or Operations Management roles, with a stellar track record in leading and delivering complex projects.
• Leadership Acumen: Proven capabilities in Team Leadership, Stakeholder Management, and driving high-performance teams. This is a Manager-level position requiring strategic vision and operational excellence.
• Technical & Methodological Mastery: Strong command of Computer Science and Information Technology (IT) fundamentals. Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, Agile Methodologies, Service Delivery, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Risk Management, and Process Improvement.
• Logistical Prowess: Solid understanding and practical experience in Logistics and Operations Management to optimize delivery pipelines.
• Strategic Thinker & Communicator: Exceptional abilities in Strategic Planning, Communication, and Problem-solving to navigate challenges and articulate solutions effectively.
• Education: While a specific degree isn't strictly mandated, a strong academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field is highly advantageous.
