About the Role:

The American Association for Continuing Medical Education (AACME) is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with a medical background to drive our digital presence.

You will be at the heart of developing and executing innovative online marketing strategies to promote our Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and professional diplomas.

This role is perfect for someone who combines medical knowledge with digital marketing expertise and who can create campaigns that truly engage healthcare professionals while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development: Design and launch data-driven multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to promote CME programs and diplomas.

Content Marketing: Write and curate compelling content (blogs articles infographics videos and newsletters) highlighting the impact of continuous medical education.

Social Media Management: Build manage and grow AACME s social media platforms with engaging strategies tailored to healthcare professionals.

Email Marketing: Execute targeted email campaigns using automation tools ensuring high open and conversion rates.

SEO & SEM: Optimize content and ads for search engines to maximize reach and qualified traffic.

Analytics & Insights: Monitor campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics prepare reports and recommend improvements for future growth.

Requirements

Requirements

Medical Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology healthcare industry trends and CME regulations.

Proven Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum 2 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.

Skills:

Proficiency in SEO SEM email marketing content strategy and paid advertising.

Strong command of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics Google Ads Manager Meta Ads).

Excellent copywriting and communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is a plus).

Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

Experience with LMS platforms or healthcare-focused eLearning solutions.

Familiarity with accreditation standards and compliance for CME activities.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot Mailchimp Zoho Campaigns).

Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand consistency.
