Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support and information about products and services.
• Following up on customer requests and ensuring that any issues they face are resolved as quickly as possible.
• Coordinating with internal departments to meet customer needs.

Providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• The applicant must be female.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Odoo or similar software.
• Ability to deal with different types of customers and work under pressure.
