Job Description: Implement and evaluate new or modified paint products. Provide hands-on training on paint application and usage methods. Execute practical application samples of products directly at customer sites. Participate in developing and implementing new techniques and tools for paint application. Assess trainees and measure their performance levels, providing necessary recommendations to improve their skills. Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports. Adhere to 5S standards and safety requirements in all application areas. Perform periodic maintenance on application tools and equipment. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as KAIZEN. Execute any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager. Full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, halting any non-compliant practices or activities. Ensure compliance of supervised workers with HSE guidelines. Make decisions regarding actions affecting occupational safety, health, and the environment.
