Job description
- Report to the Supply Chain Manager
- Coordinate with suppliers to collect all design documents and information required to complete artwork
- Manage translation requirements and ensure company translation files are delivered on time
- Coordinate with graphic designers and follow up on required revisions
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Communicate effectively with internal managers, stakeholders, external vendors, and graphic designers
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Art, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
